If you are looking to where to buy cloth face masks look no further. I know many people are making DIY face masks, but I don’t have a sewing machine and even if I did, I can’t sew a straight line.
I don’t know about you but plain white face mask is boring.
In mid-February, Zazzle responded to the need for new face mask suppliers. This was in response to the health crisis in Washington State. They retooled and set to work making blank masks. In the first week of April, they offered the product to their makers to create designer masks.
Cute Cloth Face Mask
The first masks I designed was for dog lovers. Well, it makes sense, doesn’t it? If we have to wear a mask might as well look cute while doing it.
They are made from 100% polyester fabric with a poly microfiber backing. Each one is designed with an insert slot for adding a surgical mask or activated carbon filters.

Of course, Boxers are my favorite dog and since I got furloughed I had even more time to create fun and pretty face masks designs.
I’ve essentially become a face masks designer. Maybe it will encourage people to wear them.

Why Wear a Face Mask?
There are many other reasons to wear a face mask during everyday life. It is common courtesy when you are sick to protect others around you. It has been a cultural norm in Asian countries for many years to wear face masks on a daily basis.

- Air pollution
- Health concerns
- Mowing the lawn
- Protection from dust
- Allergy protection
- During hayfever season
Reusable Cloth Face Mask
Each decorated face mask is pleated, reusable and washable. The Department of Public Health recommends at after each use, or at least daily. When taking off your mask place in a separate bag until they can be washed with detergent, HOT water, and dry on HOT cycle.
Does a face mask prevent flu? The debate goes back and forth, but the CDC face mask recommendations are mainly to prevent the aerosol transfer from people who are asymptomatic.
A face mask can also make you more aware of touching your face. Wearing a mask can also remind others to keep the social distance.
Is a face mask necessary?
Only you can make that choice. It is a controversial subject. They are nice to have on hand as many regions of the country are requiring them in public places. It is also common to have to put on a face mask in a doctor’s office waiting room.
